'Spectrum' - Original Art Shop

We have decided on the theme of 'colour' for our Shop Project. With the title specturm, implying that their will be a varierty of work, along with colourful and creative designs. We will be selling a wide variety of art, with all 18 members of the group, creating unique individual products.

The poster and leaflet design along with the logo, which will be printed on 18 t-shirts, worn by members of staff during the sale of our work, has been designed by Janine Siddall. See designs below:-

The official description of our shop is printed below:-

For the first time students from the Creative Art Practices Course at Sheffield Hallam University will be producing a ‘Spectrum’ of art works to buy this December. Under the name ‘Spectrum’ the student’s works of art will come alive in their very own shop which opens to the public on the 8th, 9th & 10th December in the Cantor Gallery.

The group ‘Spectrum’ will be producing a wide variety of gifts to buy over the Christmas period, all fitting suitably within the theme of colour. Gifts range from limited edition prints, viral jewellery, a range of hand painted cards, a selection of the finest framed Dandelion Seeds and much more.

This is definitely worth a peek, only around for 3 days and with such a spectrum of different gifts you’re bound to find something to steal your attention.
